Error loading Reports module after 7.12 update

Hi,
I receive this error when I try to open Reports Module
“There was an error processing your request, please try again later.”

I tried to disable AJAX in the module but so nothing works for this.

How can find the reason?

I found the reason: a no compatibility of a reports plugin with 7.12 version

Can you please tell us you have upgraded from the old version to 7.12 or set up fresh SuiteCRM?

I did an upgrade, from 7.11

Do you see any errors in Suitecrm.log or in the browser console?

Is it possible for you to share your CRM Credentials and FTP Details where you hosted your CRM to check your issue?

no, I have SuiteCRm in my home pc.
