Error in yarn run build-dev:core

I have installed the fresh CRM version 8.4 but when i run the command yarn run build-dev:core --watch its shows me the below error,
I have installed the exact version of the packages as per the given compatibility matrix.:- https://docs.suitecrm.com/8.x/admin/compatibility

when we run the dev:core command it shows the below error.

Please consider using the dev package, it saves you the effort of building core and common.
