Error Found with Clean Install

I have added a picture. I have created a new module and if i try to click on any of the form views i get this error. At the moment this means i cannot add new fields to the form.

Can anyone help?

Thanks , i have found the code to replace, however now it seems all the fields are set to modified by name?

Hi jnash,

It seems that there may still be some issues with that PR, it’s currently on “Requires Testing”. I would give this one a try. That should resolve your specific error.
