Error during 7.12 -> 8.2.0 Migration command

Hi Team, need your help. I am trying to migrate from SCRM 7.12.7 to 8.2.0 Version by using the migration package " SuiteCRM-8.2.0-7.12-migration.zip".

I followed the steps described in the respective upgrade guide, but when trying to execute the migration command i get the following error message. Does someone experience the same yet or would someone know how to solve this?

PHP Version is 7.3.33 and Ubuntu 18.04.6

Can someone help me with this? I can confirm that in the 7.12. instance the connection to the database is working. Not sure why the migration package is not able to find it.
