Engagement Score for SuiteCRM 8

We have developed an Engagement Score for SuiteCRM 8 that could be useful as a standard feature in the future.

The basic idea is simple: every meaningful interaction with a Persona can add to or reduce an engagement score.
This can include campaign activity, calls, meetings, tasks, website forms and commercial discussions.
The score belongs to the person, so it stays consistent even if the same person exists as a Target, Lead or Contact.
It also helps move people through practical stages such as Known Target, Engaged Lead, Commercial Engagement and Customer.
The system can highlight things like strong recent activity, re-engagement after a quiet period or declining interest.
The scoring rules are configurable, so each company can decide what matters and how much weight each interaction should have.
We have also added safeguards against double-counting, plus history, notifications and exception handling.
The whole solution is built as an upgrade-safe SuiteCRM 8 extension without changing SuiteCRM core.
Once development and UAT are fully finished, we would be happy to share the source code with the SuiteCRM team for review and possible future use if there is any interest.

I do something similar with Mautic. It has a pretty robust lead scoring system. I just fire a webhook back to SuiteCRM to update the score in SuiteCRM when Mautic adds to the score.

Mautic keeps track of emails, opens, website visits, form fills and you can also add social mentions and text message sent/opens, etc.
