Is there a way to enable module menu filters by default?
Right now, every time we create a new user, we have to mark the module menu filter check box on each user profile.
I am not sure, but stuff that needs to be set per-user is usually stored in a table called user_preferences, you can search these forums for that term and get insights:

The general idea is that it’s not very simple to achieve, requires going “under the hood” and settings things in the database. I believe there are add-ons in the store that help with this task.
