Empty List View for Custom Module after upgrading from 7.13.x to 7.14.2

Hi all,

I recently upgraded to SuiteCRM 7.14.2 from 7.13.x. After the upgrade was complete, the List View of my custom modules became a blank page. At first, there was a pop-up window saying “An error has occurred: If this error persists, please have your administrator disable Ajax for this module”. After I disabled Ajax for my custom modules, the List View page just has the title of the module and nothing else.

I can still access and edit the data in my custom modules via Detail/Edit Views through other modules linked to my custom modules. So, I know for a fact that my data is still there, but I just can’t see it in List View.

I’ve tried various quick repairs to no avail. Would there be a way to fix this without coding?

Despite the message, I recommend that you don’t disable Ajax for any modules. I’m quite sure your problem is something else.

Check your PHP version fits the matrix:

Then check both your logs for any FATALs
