Employee or User module - Multiselect field not save

Hi there,
i found a bug here: In Employee or User module if you add a custom multiselect field it won’t save the values…

It’s not a problem of showing it in detailview, the system isn’t saving.

If you add the values directly in the DB and you modify the record in the CRM, your values will be deleted.
