Emails Section not working

Hi Everyone,

I just got the CRM up and running and when I went to the emails tab after sending my first test I am greeted with a few errors, any help would be amazing!

Check that your PHP version is within the compatible ones:

And turn off display_errors in your php.ini, Google around for instructions on how to do this.
