I have just installed version Version 7.10.5.

I saw that I can delete calls, but not delete emails. In COLLABORATION / EMAIL there is not an option to delete emails (even in BULK menu).

Another issue is that users can not send emails from outbound email accounts. I added one email account in “email settings” , and two email accounts in outbound email accounts (I even test them using the “send test email” and it is working. But when I go to send an email I can not see the created outbound email account in “From” field (there is an empty dropdown field), and I receive the error “Error Sending Email. Please contact your administrator for assistance.”

Another issue is that I see a permanent error message “Note: To send record assignment notifications, an SMTP server must be configured in Email Settings.”, I enter, setup and even test send email and it seems works well, but the message did not dissapeared and it seems that the smtp server settigs dissapeared.
Any advice about this 3 issues?

Number 1: I can reproduce that in my 7.10.5. Note that the button should be there only for imported emails, which you can delete if you go into that email’s detail view. For emails you haven’t imported yet, it’s been requested but I know it’s not a feature we have (yet).

I imported the emails that I want to delete, then enter to details view, select delete… and the email was not deleted. Only shows like it was not imported.
And to delete an email must be a more easy task in my opinion,… must not need to import/edit/delete…
You are right. Currently the delete means only “delete the imported email”. It still continues to exist on the mail server. There should be a way to delete on the server as well. But at least I can say you’re not getting a bug, you’re asking for a feature. Even though it’s a pretty basic feature that should have always been there.
Is there any chance to delete Mails from Server by Suite. It much of work to import Mails in Suite and then need to delete it from server via webmailer. Please advise , thank you
