Firstly I’m not a developer or terribly techy so I might miss things out here and am hoping I can understand any suggestions.
Version 7.11.18
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
I have a workflow that sends 2 different emails out following a lead being created either directly in the CRM or via a web form. Until recently this has worked fine however last week it suddenly stopped sending the email to the ‘record email’ The first email send which is an email address is okay, and the workflow triggers as expected with the third action (updating a record field) working as expected.
This error has effected all workflows that use the ‘record email’ field to send a notification.
I’ve tried quick repair and rebuild, rebuilding relationships, but to no avail.
Excerpt below from the diagnostic report which I feel may be relevant but again not being a dev I’m only guessing.
Looking forward to any suggestion as to where to look or what to do.

From address is not set.
From-name is not set.
From name is not set.
From address and name pair format is incorrect, use "from@emailaddress.org " format.
From address and name pair is invalid.
