Emailing to a non primary email address

I have accounts with multiple emails addresses for the same account.
How can I select to send to non primary emails,
or sending to primary and some non primary email addresses?

is this possible with the normal client?
running 7.8.30, can not really upgrade due to accessibility issues with newer versions…
