Email trouble

Hi,

I setup the email on suitecrm and the test email goes correctly. However, any system email go wrong with this message:

[FATAL] Notifications: error sending e-mail (method: smtp), (error: SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: J8nG1w00M1SByJe018nGRD rilevato spam / spam detected
SMTP code: 552 Additional SMTP info: 5.2.0)

Any idea?

The SMTP server you’re using thinks you’re trying to send spam, and is refusing your request.

There are many articles online explaining how to achieve a good reputation with SMTP servers, and improving your chances of your email content not being regarded as spam.

You can also try contacting your SMTP provider if it is a payed service.
