Email to case getting error while reply to email

We are getting below error while giving reply to email.

Tue Jan  3 12:30:15 2023 [8688][1][SECURITY] Email Error: Not authorized to use Inbound Account "Test"
Tue Jan  3 12:30:15 2023 [8688][1][SECURITY] User Admin Administrator attempted to send an email using incorrect email account

It is working fine if we send email from Email module with compose option.

find the below steps for reproduce error.

  1. Open Case detail view
  2. Open Email subpanel
  3. Click on subject (it will redirect to email module detail view)
  4. Select reply option from Action.

Version 7.11.23
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
