I have noticed that $aop_case_updates_name and $aop_case_updates_description only display first word.
I also noticed that $aop_case_updates_date_entered display one day ahead.

There seem to be a few Issues on Github related to this kind of thing, variables in templates. maybe you can search there, some of them seem to have proposed fixes.
