Email Template Formatting - There must be a better way!

Hi Everyone

I am attempting to create workflows that fire off individual emails from templates. Issue I am having is the system in Suite is really difficult to use. The formatting goes off, images are difficult to size and I cannot seem to change the fonts properly etc.

I am looking at using mailchimp as an alternative, which is just lovely to set up email templates but then I lose all the capability of Suites integrations, like automated workflow. Has anyone found a simple solution here they can share?

For creating complex templates, I’d recommend you drop into the raw HTML mode (Click on the body > on the floating menu select Tools > Source Code).

Also, keep in mind that these templates are not going to be rendered in a regular browser but in a email client.
