Email showing as imported - but to where?

I am hoping that someone can help. I have set up a group email account to import email automatically and the import icon is showing against all the emails in the account… But where are they being imported too? I can’t find them anywhere. How does it know where to import them too?

It would be great if the import function could examine each email and import them directly to the related contact.

Which version of SuiteCRM are you on by chance?
The email functionality was changed a bit around 7.10

It may also depend on which type of Email Account you’re importing emails with, each type behaves differently.
