eMail setup for users

I have users who all have different email systems. They are mostly independent reps.

I am unable to change the “Provider” for each user to configure their email settings. In the past, I thought I was able to do this.

They can set up individual inbound mailboxes in the Emails Module within the ‘Settings’ area.
