Hi, a couple of weeks ago I’ve setup an email remainder for contracts. I thought it was setup for triggering at “Remainder date”, but as today I created a new contract I immediately received an email.
Now I don’t remember where to configure the remainder conditions, can you point me where that option is?.
under Workflow buddy. You can set the conditions there. i personally set the contract date when its 30 days due for renewal to send out an email template.

You don’t need to setup a worklfow for this. In Admin AOS Sales settings you just select the renewal reminder period. Unless it’s broken, that’s all you have to do.
