Email problem for users - smtp

Hi,

i have problem, i can’t configure for user smtp - when i add server smtp - next i can’t see server smtp in list, look screenshot

In my account - all is ok ->

in email settings smtp i see configure smtp and i send test email - its ok

SuiteCRM - 7.11
PHP 7.2

Do you have any messages in your logs when you try to configure that SMTP server and it is not recognized?
