I installed the outlook plug in and that went as expected. I then archived a couple of emails to custom and standard modules and got the success messages.
Where and how do I see these emails in suitecrm? The data is stored in the tables but I just cannot figure out how to make them visible… help.
I don’t see a history sub panel in any of the modules. I also don’t see it as an available module. It is there in the modules directory but not seen in the app.
History sub-panels show against some but not all modules. If you are archiving to a custom module. To do this, you can create a relationship between your custom modules and the activities module.
