Our Goal: Admin users can receive an email notification when someone unsubscribes the e-newsletter.
Is there any way to send an email to the “assigned to” user by using workflow when the contact unsubscribes an e-newsletter?
I’ve tried the following settings, but the “assigned to” user can receive an email alert one time only. If the same contact person unsubscribes another newsletter, this workflow cannot be triggered. Is there something wrong? Thanks!
