Email module complete blank

Hi to all, i have a strange bug in my suitecrm:
i can make email for the accounts, i can open the mail by clicking on the history. but if i go on the main page of the module, the view is complete blank. i can apply filter but still nothing happens.
I’ve tried to clean the log and then go on the module but nothing happens. Any idea?

Anything error in php code of module. May be problem with fields params.

sadly, both php_error and suitecrm error log are empty.

It’s may be logical mistake and then you could not see anything in log files.
Do you change code manually recently?

nope, atm the code is clean. or at least i never touched the email module
