email-imported icon

Hallo, we use SuiteCRM Version 7.10.7 and Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344).

In E-Mails Listing you see an icon (a white tick against a purple background) that displays whether the e-mail has been imported or not. For me, this icon always appears, even if the email has not been imported.

Can anybody imagine what i am doing wrong?

Can you post a screenshot? Sometimes what you’re seeing is a “missing” icon so the two different icons are shown the same.

You can also hover your mouse over the icon and check it’s URL, compare it on an imported email vs a non-imported one.

The icon is not a link on all accounts, whether it is working or not.

I have attached a screenshot. The icon is showing up on all lines, whether the email is imported or not.

Yes those icons are showing properly. This is weird.

Are you sure the emails are not imported? There are options to auto-import (in group accounts, I think), maybe you turned on one of those?

if i open one of those emails, i have the option to import it. I thought if i have such an option the email is not yet imported. I will check this auto-import option. I will look for it under the admin settings…

when adding a group email account i found a checkbox to automatically import emails.

but i have 3 personal email accounts.
when adding a personal email account i can not find such an option.
this is really wired.
