Email "From" Drop down not working

My outbound email for the system works just fine. I do not have Inbound email set up, because I do not need it.

My issue is when I compose a new email the “From” dropdown only has the System email preferences, despite already having users set up with different emails.

I have checked the box in Email Settings to allow users to send from their own listed email. Not sure what I need to do so emails can be sent from the user’s emails Any idea?

What is your SuiteCRM version?

I have seen a bug with Email configuration, where setting up Inbound (even if unnecessary) would solve problems with Outbound.
