When you define a new e-mail account are required to monitor three folders to sync “Inbox”, “Sent” and “Trash”. I see only the “Inbox” but I can not display “Sent” and “Trash”. How do I see the folders “Sent” and “Trash”?
Thanks for the support
Either those folders don’t exist or your root folder isn’t setup correctly. It took me a bit of fiddling when I set up a dovcot server for SuiteCRM accounts (didn’t want to gobble up Exchange license…)
What’s the IMAP server you’re connecting to ?
I solved it! Just select the folders during the setup. You need to create a multiple selection when you set “watched folder”.
I post stamps of different steps to follow, so it is easy to understand as you set.
I hope this is useful to other members of the forum.
Hi - I am having the same problem - have spent ages trying to correct in and then was delighted to see there was a solution! Unfortunately - the jpegs don’t want to download. Are you able to repost them somehow? or type the basic instructions Or email me them? Starting to get a bit desperate…
Hello,
I’m having the same issue, just can’t configure (i do not see really a facility to do that) mail accounts so they display Sent and Trash folders, although i’ve binded them during the mail account setup process.
Hi, to view all the folders, in the first option of settings, should also be selected folders “Sent” and “Trash” with a multiple selection.
I hope it may be useful to other users
I am on 7.6.3 and have set it up just like this picture but the folders do no appear in Email. I am a little discouraged there was no further discussion as the other users did not confirm if this worked. Seems like there are bugs as far as IMAP?
I have same issue, I select the Sent folder but they don’t work?
Was that issue ever solved?
