Email feature request. Move to Trash. Mark as Deleted

User and group incoming IMAP email accounts should provide 3 options to delete messages, the same as all normal email apps:

  1. “Move to Trash” (this would require an “Empty Trash” button on the Trash folder, to delete emails out of the Trash folder). Why support an Incoming Trash folder, without the app making use of it?!
  2. “Mark as Deleted”, (this is a normal IMAP command, and would require an “Expunge mailbox” button to delete all marked emails from a mailbox) and,
  3. “Delete from IMAP immediately” currently the only option. Cannot be undone. Dangerous when hit accidentally.
