Email Error: Not authorized to use Outbound Account ""

I have the very same problem… Not sure how to proceed? Log says:

Invalid email address given: [null] Called at C:\xampp\htdocs\crm\modules\Emails\EmailsController.php:242 from function populateBeanFromRequest.

Email Error: Not authorized to use Outbound Account “system”

User Administrator attempted to send an email using incorrect email account settings in which they do not have access to.

But I am logged in as administrator…

Iam on version: 7.11.2 and PHP 7.2

TEST email IS WORKING AS EXPECTED…
