Email error: Domain has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour

Hi there.

I had some targets without email addresses and I think this resulted in the following error on around 35 of my targets with emails when I ran send emails on my campaign. The error I received was:

Domain blah.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (30/30 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded.

How can I tell what emails were actually sent out?

Do I need to send these emails again somehow?

Hi,
The best option for this is to filter the target before adding to target list. For this there is a simple fix,
search the TARGETS from there list view by “Any Email” field, and set its value as “%”…You can also add other search filters.

BY this you will get only those target who have any EMAIL address value.
Now select all these records and from the list view action menu, select “Add to Target List” action.

That’s it.
