Email dashlet not showing recent emails and tons of Unable to find relationship emails_email_templates errors

After upgrading to 7.12.2

  1. Emails dashlet does not show recent emails after the upgrade date
  2. Refreshing the dashlet generates the following errors

Lots of errors for different emails are displayed. Not sure if it’s related but auto-import of emails is also having issues.

What version of PHP are you using?
Are your location permissions configured as suggested in the install guide?

Not sure if the issues are connected but every time I send an email. I see the following log dump in suitecrm.log. And the contact to which the email is sent shows the email in the history but the contact column is blank.
