Email Created Tasks

When I create a task i want that task to be sent to the assigned user using a specific email template how do I achieve this i have looked through various bits of documentation however I have been unable to find out how this is done, I know this can be done as it was used on our old Suite CRM system that was built by someone else.


Step 1: Open Email Templates and create the email the way you want it to look.
Step 2: Create a new workflow, with the conditions you want, and tell it to email Assigned User using the Email Template you created.

I name my workflow email templates Workflow: to help me keep track of which are for what purpose.
