Email Composition toolbar

I notice that the email composition toolbar I got from History panel > Archive Email has more functions, as compare to the one in Email module.

Is there a way to bring out those additional functions in Email module?

This is an alternative view inside emails. You could investigate which view this is in and replicate it for the default compose email view.

Sorry that I do not understand your instruction. Do you mean that these settings can be found in Admin menu? If yes, could you please tell me where are they?
