When i tried to compose an email from the cases module subpanel that time Case Macro subject & To Email address not set in the email compose.
Sorry, I’m not sure if this is something that would work like this, Out of the Box
I believe the “To” field usually pulls from the Email address on the Record
(Which is not found on the Case itself, and instead on the Contact related to the Case)
And, i’m not sure if “Subject” pulls in, when this action is used elsewhere in the CRM.
Was this something that worked before?
(Either here or on Another Module)
If this is new functionality, It might be something worth raising as a suggested feature on the Github Repo
Although, please let me know if I’ve missed something!
