Email campaigns still send emails to opted-out contacts

I am increasingly getting messages by customers that they still receive emails even though they have opted out and the flag opt-out is ticked.

Anyone has an idea why this is happening?

We are facing the same issue ,

A contact is opted out via “Opted Out” checkbox at edit view of the contact, However the contact is still receiving the campaign emails.

May I know if we need to check anything else ?
