Email campaigns result in 100% CPU usage + crash

Hi All,

We have version 7.7.4 installed on Apache and Xampp. When we send out email campaigns (to around 7500 contacts) and this often results in a crash due to 100% CPU usage. I was wondering whether anyone on here would have an idea on the source of the problem and possible fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How much RAM do you have in server and how much you have given to SuiteCRM?

The Server specs is AWS Micro (see full specs in the image below)

Micro is not recommended for SuiteCRM real usage , I would not recommend. you must use at least small.
