Email Campaign - "From Address"

Hello Guys

I am having issues changing a “From address” for an email campaign

To explain further

I have a taufique.ahmed email address that I have made the “System Email” and I have set the from address to info@… but all emails that have been sent are received from taufique.ahmed address?

I have also created a mail bounce handling for the taufique.ahmed address but again set all addresses to be info@

Have I missed something here?

What email client are you using? Some clients place restrictions on what you can/can’t change.

The emails are hosted by Gmail

The email client I am unsure as this is a client’s system and email address

Hi Taufique,

Unfortunately, Gmail is known to cause issues with bounce mailboxes. It doesn’t handle the override well, so will just use the email set in the systems email settings.
