maybe you might help me here:
When I get meetings with customers who wanna buy I put those data inside suitecrm:
account, contact, opportunity and a meeting.
Now I want to assign this to a worker:
he gets one email, and he can approve it.
now after he approved it i would like to assign him the contact, the opportunity and the account, but it would be cool if its all inside one email,
or better even one pdf.
is this possible?
in other case he receives 4 emails at all and he has to click everything to get all informations.
