Hi, everyone! I have differents suite crm orgs. On dev all notifications sents as expected, but on prod with the same email settings email,email don’t send to a user ( after assigned lead to the user)
Email are not sent to user who they are assigned to
Are the systems indentical in installation? Using the same version of PHP, Apache2 etc?
Are emails sent for other modules? Accounts, contacts etc
If so have you tried running a Quick Repair and Rebuild
Yes,systems are identical in installation and version of PHP, Apache2 the same
Email don’t send in any modules
I have dobe Quick Repair and check Outbound email settings
