Email Archiving

SugarCRM documentation says:

To activate Sugar Email Archiving for your instance:

Navigate to Admin > Email Archiving
Read and agree to the privacy agreement
Click “Enable Email Archiving”
Note your instance’s unique “Email Archiving Address”

But in SuiteCRM I don’t find an option for Email Archiving.

Is this missing?

Hi there,

This is for SugarCRM paid for editions. You can archive email using applications for SugarCRM CE such as Riva, Grinmark and/or Opacus.
