Hi all
I setup SuiteCRm latest version. I was asked for the following requirement. “An email should be triggered to the boss every time a new note is generated by a salesman.” I attempt to do this with workflow feature and it works fine except that every email sent is inserted in the history panel from the account.
How could I achieve the same feature without posting the email I the history panel of the account?
