After upgrading to latest version 7.7.8, it seems there was a bug in Accounts. The + button for Email isn’t working.
there may have been an issue with you upgrade and the javascript was not rebuilt,
try clearing your browser cache then with Admin->Repair doing a “Quick Repair and Rebuild” and a “Rebuild JS Grouping Files”
