how can you solve problem in email all email in contact opted out
Hello Rawan,
what’s your specific use case / business process behind it?
Usually, you could configure the opt-out per e-mail inside a contact / lead record:
And use your suppression lists for your campaigns:
Additionally, there is a field out of the box: Do not call
You could add a custom field: Do not contact
and work with this one, when you’re creating lists / selecting contacts for campaigns via reports.
Not sure, if we cover the same topic, but I have a similar behaviour with my campaigns. I sent out an campaign e-mail yesterday to 320 contacts. 2 to 3 minutes later, already 45 contacts opted-out. In the past (sending e-mails through Outlook) I never had such a high amount of opted-out contacts. I can’t reproduce it. One or two of the contacts, which opted-out are frinds of mine. I will ask them later, if they clicked on the opt-out link at the bottom of the mail.
I suspect that the opt-out happens automatically through e-mail virus scanners.
Any ideas?
Btw: I am useing SuiteCRM 8.8-Beta with PHP 8.1

Does it solve your issue?
It’s a hack but yes, it solves the issue. Most probably until the next update.
