Elasticsearch configuration - where?

Dear all,

we set up elasticsearch - works.
Now we want to configure analyzers - we know HOW, but we don’t know WHERE to access to configure them.
Could you please help?

Suite 7.11.18 on own vServer with Elastic in a docker container.
