Is it possible to EDIT the subject line of imported emails within HISTORY panel?
When I click on the email record, EDIT, it does not allow me to make changes to the record SUBJECT.

As OOTB, It is not possible to edit a subject of Email inside SuiteCRM. Also if you edit the subject in SuiteCRM then it will not match Email in the inbox and it can sync email again(which can be duplicated). If you want to edit the subject then you have to do the customizations.
