Edit css & export customization

Please help me for 2 problems:

  1. I want to change homepage/login page (add background image and hide top part of page), can i edit css direct in: cache/themes/SuiteP/css/Dawn/style.css or is there a better way?

  2. I can’t export customization from studio, after request I see page - 403 - Forbidden | Access to this page is forbidden.

Is never a good idea to change/add code to the cache folder. For that we have the custom folder.

In order to customize themes you can follow this guide:

The easiest way to export your themes customization is by copying your/custom/themes folder.
