echo_date_info: date not supported - Calendar's Module

I have some issues with the Calendar’s module , about the Date or Datetime’s format, some like that…

but, now throw me this error, i guess is little hard more than last error… but I don’t know which format should be?? or…

some idea how i could solve this??

or… what mean the word ‘clone’ on php or suitecrm???
