E-Mail fields do not populate

Hi Guys,

I have set up e-mail templates for my clients with just the contacts first name. Each time I send out a test e-mail they always work perfectly.

Each time I send out to up to 200 contacts, the fields always fail to populate.

Has anyone experienced this before? Hoping there’s an easy fix.

Are you using campaigns?

No. I just created the email template, selected a bunch of contacts, chose email, opened the email template and then hit send. Always worked cheerfully when just sending to a couple of test contacts.
