I try to configure e-mail settings in Suite CRM, but I have some trouble. After the all
customization actions appears the window on which it is written “SMTP connect() failed”. Mail server - ms exchange. Maybe I have to customize mail server?
You need to figure out what exactly is wrong in your SMTP configuration. For some people it’s certificates, for others it’s DNS, for others it’s passwords, for others it’s “From” field mismatch, for others it’s SuiteCRM email bugs still waiting to be fixed…
