Duplicate disappeared

Hi to all,
after upgrade to 7.2.1 the feature “Duplicate” disappeared(for example in Leads) in editview, while in the demo site is present.

Bug or may i enable it?

How?

The duplicate button is only on the detail view out of the box, not on the edit view.
