Duplicate campaign does not work

The duplicate button does not seam to work.
Tested on a 7.12 instance and on https://demo.suiteondemand.com (7.13.1)
It does not create a duplicate but brings you back to the original campaign.

Actually, there is already an issue on GitHub (#8949). Marked as Important since November 2020 !
